Broadcast Operations Consultant

- Director of Production & Broadcast Operations, BT Sport (2012–2023) — an £85m network P&L and 26,000 hours to transmission per year.
- Helped lead the team responsible for the £28m build of BT Sport's production facility and the operational migration to WBD's Chiswick Park & Stockley Park studios.
Sports Production Consultant
Before moving into senior executive roles, I spent many years working as a producer, director and executive producer — giving me a practical, hands-on understanding of programme-making that informs every production decision I take. That foundation underpins my approach to strategy and delivery across football, rugby, cricket and multi-sport portfolios.
- 10 years delivering all UEFA Club competitions for BT Sport / TNT Sports, including finals at Cardiff and Wembley.
- Launched new strands for TNT Sports — Autumn Nations Series Rugby, cricket and FA Cup.
- Established the technical and operational Sports SVOD and TVOD offering for BT Vision, starting in 2007.
- Built Sport 1 (Netherlands) from scratch in 10 weeks (2005); launched the Netherlands' first World Cup broadcast in HD (2006).

- Delivered the 2024 UEFA Champions League final at Wembley and 24 fully produced Eurosport feeds from the Paris Olympics.
- Executive Producer for Sport 1's Torino Winter Olympics coverage; launched a pop-up HD World Cup channel.
- Other major event credits include: FIH Women's Hockey World Cup, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London (2018); Premiership Rugby Finals; the world's first HDR broadcast of a UCL Final to mobile devices, Madrid (2019); and the World Badminton Championships.
